  • This processing time includes verifying your order details, confirming payment, and preparing your items for shipment.

  • Custom stitching or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Timeframes & Delivery

  • We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Standard delivery within India is typically estimated to be 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, the courier partner’s schedule, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • We partner with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery across India.

  • Please note: We currently deliver only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the total value of your order and your delivery location.

  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and the name of the courier partner.

  • You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

5. Delivery Address

  • It is crucial to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code, at the time of placing your order.

  • Please ensure your address includes all necessary details such as house number, street name, locality, city, and state.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances & Delays

  • While we aim to adhere to the estimated delivery timelines, Krazythread cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)

    • Strikes or civil unrest

    • Logistical issues with courier partners

    • Public holidays or festivals that affect delivery schedules

    • Unforeseen events that disrupt transportation networks.

  • In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and will work with our courier partners to minimize delays.

7. Shipment Risk

  • All orders are shipped with transit insurance provided by our courier partners. The risk of loss or damage to your order during transit is covered up to the point of delivery to your specified address.

  • Once the courier partner confirms delivery at your address, the responsibility for the order’s safety transfers to you.

8. Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable to receive your order during these attempts, it may be returned to us.

  • If your order is returned to us due to non-receipt after multiple delivery attempts, you may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-shipment. Please contact us promptly if you anticipate being unavailable for delivery.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items Received

  • If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly provide clear photos of the damaged product or the incorrect item received, along with your order details. We will then guide you through the process of return or exchange.
