We at Krazy Thread are committed to delivering quality and satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent refund process.

Eligibility for Refund

 
Refunds are only applicable to prepaid orders.
  • Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for any refund.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A refund will only be initiated after the returned product successfully passes our internal quality check.
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

 Non-Refundable Cases

We reserve the right to reject refund requests in the following cases:

  • Product shows visible signs of use or damage post-delivery.
  • Product is returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Late return request beyond the specified return window.
  • COD orders, unless there is a case of damaged or incorrect product.

 Shipping Charges

  • Any shipping charges (if applicable) during the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

 Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please:

  1. Take clear photos showing the issue.
  2. Email us at krazythread@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Mention your order number and attach the images for faster resolution.

Once verified, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
