Welcome to the Krazythread Influencer & Collaboration Program! We are excited to partner with talented individuals who share our passion for fashion and can authentically represent our brand to their audience. This policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for all influencers and collaborators (referred to as “Collaborators”) working with Krazythread.

1. Eligibility & Application

  • Who can collaborate? We welcome fashion bloggers, social media influencers, content creators, stylists, and individuals with a genuine interest in fashion and a strong, engaged audience.

  • Application Process: Interested individuals can apply to collaborate by contacting us via email at Krazthread@gmail.com or through our designated collaboration portal (if applicable). Please include your social media handles, website/blog link, a brief overview of your audience demographics, and why you believe you’d be a great fit for Krazythread.

  • Selection: Krazythread reserves the right to review all applications and select collaborators based on content quality, audience engagement, brand alignment, and ethical practices. Not all applications will be accepted.

2. Collaboration Types & Compensation

Collaborations can take various forms, including but not limited to:

  • Product Gifting: Receiving Krazythread products in exchange for agreed-upon content creation and promotion.

  • Sponsored Content: Paid partnerships for creating specific content (e.g., dedicated posts, stories, videos, blog articles) featuring Krazythread products.

  • Affiliate Marketing: Earning a commission on sales generated through a unique referral code or link provided by Krazythread.

  • Giveaways & Contests: Partnering to host giveaways that promote Krazythread to your audience.

  • Event Appearances/Coverage: Collaborating on event promotions or coverage.

Compensation and deliverables will be clearly outlined in a separate agreement or collaboration brief for each partnership.

3. Content Guidelines & Deliverables

  • Authenticity: All content created must be authentic, reflect your genuine opinion, and align with your personal brand and audience.

  • Brand Representation: Content should accurately portray Krazythread products and brand ethos. Avoid misrepresentation or making misleading claims.

  • Content Quality: Content should be high-quality in terms of visuals (clear photos/videos), writing (engaging captions), and overall presentation.

  • Mandatory Disclosures:

    • FTC/ASCI Compliance: All sponsored content MUST clearly and conspicuously disclose the partnership with Krazythread. This should be done using clear hashtags like #ad, #sponsored, #KrazythreadPartner, or by using platform-specific disclosure tools (e.g., Instagram’s “Paid Partnership” tag). Failure to disclose is a violation of this policy and potentially legal regulations.

    • Affiliate Disclosures: If using affiliate links, clearly state that you may earn a commission on sales.

  • Specific Deliverables: Collaborators will agree to specific deliverables, including the type of content (e.g., Instagram post, story series, blog review), number of posts/stories, and posting schedule.

  • Product Focus: Content should prominently feature Krazythread products.

  • Brand Mentions: Tag @KrazythreadOfficial (or your official handle) and use relevant brand hashtags (e.g., #Krazythread, #KrazythreadStyle, #MyKrazythread). We will provide a list of approved hashtags.

  • Approval Process: Krazythread may request to review content before it is published to ensure it meets brand guidelines and disclosure requirements. This review process will be clearly communicated.

4. Usage Rights

  • By agreeing to collaborate and providing content, you grant Krazythread the right to:

    • Share, repost, and re-publish your content across Krazythread’s official social media channels, website, email newsletters, and marketing materials.

    • Use your content for advertising and promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given to you.

  • You retain ownership of your original content.

5. Exclusivity & Non-Compete

  • Depending on the nature of the collaboration and compensation, specific exclusivity clauses may apply. For example, if working with a paid partnership, you may be asked not to promote competing fashion brands within a specified period before or after your Krazythread content goes live. Any exclusivity requirements will be detailed in the individual collaboration agreement.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Collaborators are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically at all times.

  • Content should not contain any offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or inappropriate material.

  • Respectful engagement with Krazythread and its community is mandatory.

7. Termination of Collaboration

  • Krazythread reserves the right to terminate a collaboration at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Failure to adhere to this policy or the specific collaboration agreement.

    • Posting content that is detrimental to the Krazythread brand.

    • Lack of engagement or performance below agreed-upon metrics (for paid collaborations).

  • Collaborators may also request to end a collaboration by providing written notice to Krazythread.

8. Relationship of Parties

  • Collaborators are independent contractors. This policy and any subsequent agreement do not create an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Krazythread and the Collaborator.

9. Confidentiality

  • Collaborators may be privy to confidential information about Krazythread’s upcoming products, campaigns, or business strategies. This information must be kept confidential and not shared publicly or with third parties.

  • Brand Hashtags: Create a specific list of official hashtags for your brand.

  • Application Portal: If you plan to use a specific platform for influencer applications, mention it.

  • Compensation Structure: Be prepared to defi
